Brotherwood Achieve Ford Pro Convertor Status

Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle specialists Brotherwood Automobility have been awarded prestigious Ford Pro Convertor status by the Ford Pro Special Vehicles team.

The company, which celebrates it’s 40^th anniversary in 2025, achieved the certification following an assessment by Ford representatives, exceeding the requirements for an accessible vehicle convertor on the Ford Pro Convertor scheme.

Ford aim to develop the Ford Pro Convertor programme as a premium brand in the world of Converted Vehicles, by working with the best convertors, such as Brotherwood Automobility.

Brotherwood design and engineer a range of premium quality Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs), including the Ford Tourneo Connect, providing adaptations which optimise comfort, inclusion and safety for the wheelchair user. The Tourneo Connect joins a catalogue of collaborations between Ford and Brotherwood dating back to 1992 including the Ford Galaxy, as once utilised by the Royal Household, and featured in season 6 of Netflix’s royal saga The Crown.

With free entry and free parking for blue badge holders, Naidex is the ultimate event for the disability community, with exhibitions, marketplace, and a host of guest speakers, the National Accessibility Inclusion and Disability Expo plays host to innovators from across the disability market every year.
