Pink Brotherwood Vaneo WAV donated to Hospice

Brotherwood are extremely pleased to have helped in providing an eye catching pink wheelchair accessible vehicle to the St Margaret’s Somerset Hospice in Yeovil recently. We were asked if we could assist in finding a suitable charity which would benefit from the donation of the car following its replacement by a newer vehicle, also in pink! It did not take us long to find a ‘good home’ in the form of the St. Margaret’s Hospice, a local charity committed to providing specialist palliative care, advice, support and respite to patients and their families living in Somerset and parts of neighbouring counties. The car had been well looked after so all we had to do was give it a full service and new MOT as well as providing a personalised touch with the hospice’s sign-written name. Handover took place on a bright, crisp November day which provided ideal weather for some loading training for the staff. We look forward to seeing the car out and about in the local area, which clearly will not be difficult to miss with its distinctive colour.
