Is My Car Affected By The Volkswagen Emissions Issue?

You should also receive a letter directly from Volkswagen if your vehicle is affected, advising you of the next course of action.
Is My Car Safe To Drive?
Yes, all the vehicles concerned are safe from a technical standpoint and roadworthy.
Do I Need To Return My Car To Brotherwood?
No. If your vehicle requires service action, it will be undertaken by your local Volkswagen Dealer, at no cost to you.
Will My new Vehicle Delivery Be Delayed?
Customers who have placed an order for a vehicle which is affected by this issue will be notified by Brotherwood if your delivery timescale is likely to be affected. We will liaise with you individually to advise if this is the case and discuss a suitable course of action.
Can I Still Order a New WAV?
Yes. Only deliveries of some EURO 5 compliant Volkswagen models are affected by this issue.
EURO 6 compliant Volkswagen Caddy , and EURO 6 compliant Volkswagen Sharan models can be ordered as per normal.
Ford Tourneo Connect , Kia Sorento and all other models can be ordered as per normal..
