Clean Annual WAV Check Process
Whilst we are operating under the restrictions of COVID-19, we have adapted some of our normal processes, and taken extra steps to protect our staff and clients; all whilst continuing to provide exceptional customer service.
We are pleased be able to carry out your Annual WAV Check. However our usual processes have been amended to enable us to follow Government guidelines for social distancing.
Here’s What To Expect From Your Annual WAV Check:
When the service engineer arrives at your home, they will call you to let you know, and discuss a safe location for you to leave the vehicle keys. We ask that you maintain a safe social distance at all times, so leaving the keys in a pre-agreed location minimises contact between you and the engineer.
The engineer will be wearing protective equipment including a mask and disposable gloves.
The engineer will thoroughly disinfect the keys using anti-viral wipes.
The engineer will then carry out a full WAV Check, including checking tyre tread depths, topping up fluids as required, and ensuring that the main conversion elements are in good working order.
The engineer will clean each touchpoint with anti-viral wipes after they are checked.
You won’t be asked to sign any physical paperwork.
The engineer will disinfect the keys again before leaving them in your specified location. We ask that you allow the engineer to return to the service van before opening the door to collect the keys if possible.
The engineer will call you to discuss the findings from the WAV Check and let you know of any issues in need of rectification.
These steps ensure that we can continue to provide great service in these challenging times. If you have any questions or concerns, or to discuss your WAV Check in more detail, please don’t hesitate to contact us .
